All shipments will be made by Canada Post. Tracking information will be provided upon request.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • 3-10 business days for urban areas

  • 6-15 business days for remote locations.

Please note, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

(Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday)​

  • Shipping charge of $15 CAD on all orders with tracking 

  • Free shipping above $75 CAD on all orders with tracking

  • Shipping charge of $5 CAD on all orders without tracking

  • Free shipping above $50 CAD on all order without tracking

United States

Duties

 Orders over $150 may be subject to customs/duties upon receipt. 

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.

Kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.

 

The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment.

 

Masque & Co is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our masks are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygienic reasons, masks cannot be returned.
